This California Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (collectively, “Consumers” or “you”). We adopt this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
Notice at Collection: We collect the personal information identified in the table below for the purposes described, retain it for the period stated, and may “share” it for cross‑context behavioural advertising as explained in Section 3.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140). Accordingly, the CPRA right to “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” is not applicable at this time.
2. Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you when you create an account, submit a listing, leave a review, or contact us.
- Automatically from your device via cookies and similar technologies.
- From service providers and third‑party platforms that integrate with our Site (e.g., payment processors, analytics partners).
3. Selling and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, under the CPRA definition of “sharing” (disclosing for cross‑context behavioural advertising), we share Identifiers, Internet/Network Activity, Geolocation, and Inferences with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to deliver personalised ads. You may opt out as described in Section 6.

- Cookie Preferences Centre: Toggle the “Advertising Cookies” category to OFF to opt out of sharing for cross‑context behavioural advertising. Your choice is stored in a first‑party cookie for one (1) year.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our Site honours GPC signals. If your browser sends a GPC header, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt‑out request.
7. Non‑Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service solely because you exercised your CCPA/CPRA rights.
8. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and post the new version on this page. Any material changes will be highlighted.

- Other Channels: Send an e‑mail to info@exterminatoratlas.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” or submit the online form.
Your opt‑out will apply to the browser and device you are using. You may repeat the process on each browser or device where you wish to opt out.
